Bob will be back again for his 5th time as one of the juried artists at the upcoming 9th Annual Plein Air Competition and Arts Festival in Easton, Maryland, July 15-21, 2013  He'll be painting the picturesque small towns and fishing villages on the Chesapeake Bay. Last year he broke his arm on the last day of the event., let's hope this year is safer. Click the link for more information.
